The main goals of this CTC are education of students, labour market needs for vocational trainings of employed and unemployed. Also, advanced services (CAD/CAM/CAE) and R&D in area of virtual development of products and processes for regional enterprises will be performed.
One of prerequisite for this successfull process is equipped CTC with relevant softwares. Within this TEMPUS project CTC Rijeka is equipped with 10PC and projector, so far. Faculty of Engineering Rijeka already has following software: Catia, SolidWorks, Mastercam, and Stampack. There is plan to purchase additional softvearw for Virtual Manufacturing technologies, within this project.
