The sixth Info day held in Serbia (Novi Sad)

On 25th June 2010, the sixth Info day within the Tempus project WBC-VMnet was held at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad.
In the welcome speech, Dean of the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, prof. Ilija Ćosić and Director of the Regional Agency Alma Mons, Milica Vračarić addressed the participants of the meeting.
Info day in Novi Sad included the following:

• Presentation of WBC-VMnet project by the project coordinator prof. Dr. Vesna Mandić,
• Presentation of the proposed model of cooperation „WBC Regional model of university-enterprise cooperation" by prof. Dr Vesna Mandić and prof. Dr Goran Stojanović, where they also presented the printed publication referring to cooperation between University and enterprises,
• Review of opportunities for the application of innovative development of products and processes through the presentation of new equipment and software, in the Centre for Integrated Microsystems and Components, at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, by prof. Dr Goran Stojanovic and by prof. Dr Vesna Mandic before the Centre for Virtual manufacturing in Kragujevac,

Discussion with the participants, where they discussed about all the updates, and possible improvements of the proposed model of cooperation between University and enterprises, as well as further steps towards its implementation in the region.
